There are only 4 data points, because Stats Can has only studied this four times, but here’s the fraction of the Province’s citizens’ net wealth held by the wealthiest top 20%:

1999: 62%
2005: 67%
2012: 66%
2016: 64%

So – I’m not saying it’s fair, but it’s actually moving in the right direction.

How bad does it have to get? Will we have had enough when the top 20% own 70%? 80%? 90%? of all the wealth? Why are we not out there throwing rocks…
