BIPOCalypse Performance Night
July 2, 2016 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Two nights showcasing the stories of local Black, Indigenous, and
People of Colour (BIPOC) who are queer, trans or two-spirit.
Over the past few months, BIPOCalypse Halifax has hosted a series of
workshops to encourage and promote the work of performers who identify
as queer, trans or 2 spirit and Black, Indigenous or People of Colour
(BIPOC). We wanted to offer BIPOC people the chance to build our
skills, tell our stories, grow ourselves as artists, and explore the
magic of having a BIPOC-centered space for learning and performance.
