Come out and Fight to End 2 Tier Banking
July 13, 2021 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Banks received up to $750 billion in relief from the Trudeau government during the pandemic. Did they stop charging poor people $45 dollar NSF fees? NO! Did they provide 0% loans to tenants who were facing eviction? NO!
What did Banks do? Last quarter bank profits doubled and tripled! And they even raised fees! Wow.
To make it worse, RBC and BMO are financing and profiting off predatory loan companies like EasyFinancial!
ACORN members are demanding that the banks pay back all bank fees and charges they collected while receiving relief money from the federal government, as well as implement a series of reforms that would help eliminate Canada’s growing two tier banking system.
Come out to demand your fees back and lower NSF fee, no bank fee, low-interest/zero interest loans and stop financing predatory Lenders like EasyFinancail!
Click here if you can make it out on Tuesday 13 July, for our National Day of Action!
