An electronic live stream fundraiser featuring music and video from folks who work the front lines.Out of the Cold Shelter Halifax provides low barrier, people-centred support rooted in anti-oppressive and harm reduction practices.OTC believes strongly that shelters are a stop-gap measure to address homelessness and that every one of us has the right to safe, healthy, and affordable housing.
