In this interactive literary reading, Afua Cooper will use text, music, photography, and her own body to bring poetry to life. Her performance will capture crucial moments in Black culture in Nova Scotia and beyond.
Afua Cooper is Halifax’s Poet Laureate 2018-2020. She will also be joined by two special guests.
