PSA: The legacy of Martin Luther King Jr: Resiliency at difficult times while hoping for a better future

Description:

This year has been a difficult year for many of us. We have faced two major pandemics: a virus that has taken over a million lives across the world and the police brutality and everyday racism that has claimed the lives of many Black and Indigenous people across North America. Still, even in the midst of these difficult times, we must maintain our hope for a better tomorrow.

On January 18th, 2021 we want to honour the life and legacy of MLK. His advocacy and the tireless efforts of Civil Rights Activists included protests, but also a message of hope for the future. This MLK day, our panelists will discuss the importance of being resilient during times of difficulty and maintaining hope for a better future.
