Sara Tessier will talk about her advocacy while incarcerated in a federal penitentiary and upon her subsequent release. Senator Kim Pate and Emilie Coyle (ED of Canadian Association of Elizabeth Fry Societies) will talk about the types and importance of advocacy from their professional experience.
